Sustainable Supply Chain Management
Everlight anchors its sustainable supply chain development on two core strategies: “Collaborative Prosperity Across the Supply Chain” and “Sustainable Co-prosperity Through Local Procurement.” These strategies aim to guide the supply chain toward continuous improvement in areas such as workplace safety, dignified labor relations, ethical business conduct, and proactive environmental protection.

Supplier Management Practices
Everlight adopts internationally recognized corporate social responsibility standards and validation frameworks as the foundation for its supplier selection, auditing, and management practices. These are implemented through the company’s internally developed supplier risk management strategy and supplier management system.

All suppliers are required to sign a set of documents committing to ESG principles. Additionally, Everlight conducts periodic on-site audits of existing suppliers to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Supplier Evaluation and Auditing
Everlight evaluates potential environmental and social risks of its key suppliers by considering factors such as the supplier’s geographic location, production processes, and audit results based on the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and the SA8000 international social accountability standard. The categories and key risk indicators are assessed accordingly, as illustrated in the chart below:
