Everlight Electronics engages with stakeholders through diverse channels, including customer satisfaction surveys, supplier questionnaires, shareholder meetings, investor conferences, labor-management meetings, and employee opinion surveys. Static channels such as the corporate website, hotline, fax, and email are also available to ensure timely responses.
Adhering to the principles of transparency, inclusivity, accountability, and equality, Everlight continuously refines its communication mechanisms. Feedback collected through the Sustainability Report, dedicated ESG website, and communication platforms is regularly analyzed and serves as a key reference for identifying material topics and developing sustainability strategies.
Identification of Major Issues
Impact Significance Assessment Results
In 2024, the cross-departmental representatives of the Sustainability Development Office assessed the significance of actual negative impacts, potential negative impacts, actual positive impacts, and potential positive impacts of sustainability issues, using the sustainability issue impact assessment survey. The core team then conducted statistical analysis and ranking of the survey results, which were submitted to department heads for review and confirmation to ensure alignment with corporate operational strategies and stakeholder concerns. In addition, the findings were consolidated with the 2023 list of material topics. Ultimately, seven material topics were finalized as the core basis for formulating 2024 sustainability strategies, risk management, and information disclosure, thereby enhancing corporate resilience and sustainable competitiveness.
