Shulin District, New Taipei City, Taiwan, May 3, 2021 \u2013 <\/strong>Everlight has recently received the final judgment from China Supreme People’s Court (\u201cthe Court\u201d). The Court has denied the Nichia\u2019s appeal request and decided that Nichia\u2019s China YAG patent CN200610095837.4 is invalid. Everlight won the final victory.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nEverlight has filed invalidation trial procedures against Nichia \u2018s YAG patents in United States, Australia, China and Taiwan. Everlight has received these winning judgements:\r\n

  1. Supreme Court of the United States has decided that the asserted claims of Nichia\u2019s US YAG patents US5998925 and US7531960 are invalid.<\/li>\r\n \t
  2. High Court of Australia has decided that the asserted claims of Nichia\u2019s Australia patent 720234 are invalid.<\/li>\r\n \t
  3. China Supreme People’s Court has decided that Nichia\u2019s China YAG patent CN200610095837.4 is invalid.<\/li>\r\n \t
  4.
